What it is
The ReplyOnTheFly MCP server is a free connector for AI apps. It writes replies to Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Trustpilot reviews, matched to the star rating, and writes texts or emails asking customers for a Google review. It needs no sign-in and posts nothing: you copy the reply and paste it under the review.
Set it up
Every app below uses the same address. There is nothing to sign in to.

Go to Customize > Connectors, click Add custom connector, paste the address and click Add. Leave the OAuth settings empty.

Add a remote MCP server with the address above. It uses the Streamable HTTP transport and needs no authentication. It is listed in the official MCP Registry as com.replyonthefly/replyonthefly.
What it can do
Write a review reply

Writes a reply to a Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor or Trustpilot review that fits the star rating: a thank-you for happy customers, and for unhappy ones a calm reply that acknowledges the problem without arguing and offers to make it right. Healthcare replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient. You can pick a tone and length, add notes such as a fix you made or a sign-off name, and ask for different wording.
Write a review request message

Writes up to three short texts or emails asking a customer for a Google review, worded for your type of business, with your review link at the end. They never offer a discount or reward, because Google does not allow incentives for reviews.
What it does not do
- Post anything. You copy the reply and paste it under the review yourself.
- Send texts or emails. You send the review request yourself.
- Write reviews, fake or otherwise.
- Connect to your Google Business Profile or need a ReplyOnTheFly account.
